St. Patrick's Day | The importance of Irish culture, spending time with family & feeling inspired
Although not born in Ireland, we love to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day by spending it with family. Days like these make us reflect on our heritage & the importance of culture, connectivity, and art too. I have drawn quite a few illustrations inspired by the Irish culture such as my Telefón box & my singer sewing machine!

Flowers, chocolates... and an art print perhaps?
Surprise your Valentine with an extra special gift this year - an Art Print is a present that they will treasure forever. I know I would! As I have said before in my previous blog post buying art for someone shows thoughtfulness. You have found the time to find them that extra special gift as well as something they will treasure for a long time coming. Plus, when you buy from a small business it's pretty likely you won’t be getting them something they already have!

Ukulele - You Have My Heart
This time instead of being inspired by what’s around me, I was inspired to buy a Ukelele because I drew one. I drew my Ukulele illustration called "Ukulele You Have My Heart" first and then decided to buy a little Ukulele of my own from our local book store in Thurles shortly after so that hopefully my two girls could learn to play (which I slightly regretted once I heard Lava for the 100th time in one hour.
I created a series of four Ukulele illustrations based on love, a watermelon, a pineapple and an avocado. My Ukuleles are the perfect way to say I love you or as a pressie for the music lover in your life!
