Maple Picture Frames

A picture frame made from reclaimed maple floorboards from the Wonderland Ballroom in Bawnboy, Co. Cavan which opened in 1956.

The front of the frame is sanded smooth, while the sides have been left to show the scuffs and heel marks from years of dancing and jiving!

These frames are made by Mikie Heffernan and Seán Fogarty of the Tipperary based Rocker Lane Workshop, in fact the workshop isn't that far from us.
