When I started this new venture, I was thinking of names for the business. It just dawned on me that the nicknames of my daughters were just a perfect combination.
Fleur on the left, born in Ireland and having completed her degree in Photography from IADT in Dun Laoghaire, is helping me out in this venture with the skills she gained in her job in marketing for the last year and a half. She was in the throws of planning to move to Canada with her boyfriend, until Covid-19 stalled these plans. She is a fantastic cook and has a great sense of humor.
Mimi on the right, born in Ethiopia, currently in secondary school, to which she took to like a duck to water. She is such a kind soul, always willing to help. She enjoys playing piano and taking part in the local theatre school. So fortunate to call myself mum to these girls.
